    This technology would so benefit me since I usually drive 50 miles a day and mostly at traffic hour. I hate traffic with passion and it’s usually caused by people who don’t have the patience to drive properly. Of course this technology should be optional and not mandatory. However, there are still too many uncertainties about this technology. The number one uncertainty are the drivers that are driving manually outside the car train. You can’t predict what dumb crap they’re going to do.

    @BowlingCrony

    You must be a legal expert on this stuff. Pro words.

  4. steelherd15 says:

    None of your opinions matter.

  5. BowlingCrony says:

    No amount of technology and data inputting can address the unpredictable nature of man.
    Like I was saying the first time someone cuts this convoy up at 90mph to get off a missed exit, and making the rest of the convoy to brake hard it will all get condemned and made illegal.

    @Gnillob802

    Seeing how eu works these days its an obvious step towards “automatic driving” , and no, options become forced on us, like the law that all new motorcycles are to be sold with ABS – i hate ABS in motorcycle’s, eu is starting to look like us where even shopping bags need to have safety signs because some retard might sufficate him self.

    @Gnillob802 Aren’t you smart… have fun walking to the grocery store for 20 minutes. I’ll be there in 2. Technically I am using my two feet? called the gas and clutch pedal.

    @MalubaySyecado
    Because it’s all good in the morning. For more info look up the No Agenda Show :)

  9. OldemarFIN says:

    @Gnillob802 Well then, how fortunate for your kind of excuse of a person, who needs every bit of help to feel even slightly more important than you really are. Seeing how you have the time to make a plethora of comments on this video ranging from completely witless to plain inane and afterwards voting them up, I’d say you don’t even have the luxury of a job.

    Either that or you happen to be the butthurt dev of this trinket.

  10. MalubaySyecado says:

    @tgseason12 why?

  11. MalubaySyecado says:

    @Gnillob802 Your comments are fucking hilarious, LOL.

  12. tgseason12 says:

    They should’ve tried this out in the morning.

  13. OldemarFIN says:

    @Gnillob802 Quite an amusing thought play, but no, your exceeding slothfulness is yet to convince me.

  14. Gnillob802 says:

    @p00ntag First, its optional, options are always good, second its FUCKING OPTIONAL!!!!!!!!!

  15. Gnillob802 says:

    I love when new technology is developed. It makes all the idiots panic. Well, if this makes you panic they have a piece of transportation just for you, its known as the short bus.

  16. Gnillob802 says:

    @CrzyKid48 You have two feet, use them instead of a car, lazy ass.

  17. Gnillob802 says:

    @Snaggbash2000 Then you die and good riddance to you I say. Just another tick mark on the positive side.

  18. Gnillob802 says:

    @BowlingCrony Wow, you see a flaw, you better contact Volvo and tell them their engineers couldn’t anticipate something that you did, LOL. You really think they haven’t anticipated that? Not everything is going to be explained on a You Tube video.

  19. Gnillob802 says:

    @OldemarFIN One might be doing work or repairs at different locations spread out, or they may have to visit multiple clients or make deliveries. Not everyone has the luxury of working at McDonalds like you do.

  20. Gnillob802 says:

    @rorcon One might be doing inspection work or repairs at different locations spread out, or they may have to visit multiple clients. Not everyone has the luxury of working at McDonalds like you do.

  21. newmac says:

    @BowlingCrony The car train will simply separate itself into two parts; one will speed ahead and one will stop cold…..

  22. newmac says:

    And in 1905 they said No thanks; I like to drive my horse…..

  23. BowlingCrony says:

    I see a flaw in this, imagine a convoy going past an exit from the motorway, and then some idiot in the wrong lane wishing to exit.
    People do it all the time, swerve across lanes to get off.

  24. iwannabeit says:

    omg how scary is this no i like to drive my car there is too much that could go wrong..

  25. ldiazmdiaz says:

    Safety: The truck might not slip on ice, but the cars will pile up on ice while having hot cocoa on your lap, a flat tire

    When the truck goes to a gas station, it will crash, you have a train in a way
    run out of gasoline
    What if a machinical problem exist
    many safety issues
    Car will take over “Yes, Dave” I will take you where ever I wish, you are now on dead drop zone.
    Would be nice to have a mono rail on the side of the expressway and link your car to it!!! for us lazy drivers
